Experienced middle-order all-rounder Iftikhar Ahmed will play an important role in the middle overs by combining his two skills, clean hitting and part-time off-spin.
The Ranpur Riders have recruited the duo Akif Javed and Khawaja Nafay due to their participation in the Bangladesh Premier League. Akif Javed is widely known because of his performance in the BPL; he extends the range of bowling attacks in the team.
Meanwhile, Khawaja Nafay can greatly help the team by using his abilities to go after other teams spinners. This skill is important on the Providence surface, as early momentum often rules early match results.
