PCB ex-chairman Shahryar Khan dies at 89

LAHORE: (Web Desk) Former foreign secretary and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) ex-chairman Shahryar Mohammad Khan passed away at 89 on Saturday morning in Lahore after a prolonged illness.
According to the family sources, Shahryar Khan was rushed to a hospital after his condition deteriorated at 4:30 am. He breathed his last at the hospital. He was survived by a widow and four children. His burial will take place in Karachi.
Shahryar Khan was a seasoned diplomat. He served as the foreign secretary and also as the Pakistan national cricket team’s manager. He also remained the PCB chairman twice.
