ICC Men’s ODI Rankings: Where does Babar Azam rank?

DUBAI: (Web Desk) The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released its latest ODI player rankings, and there is an exciting update about Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam.

In the new rankings, India s Shubman Gill has taken the top spot with 784 points, while Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam remains in second place with 766 points. India’s Rohit Sharma holds third place with 756 points. South Africa s Heinrich Klaasen is fourth, and India’s Virat Kohli rounds out the top five.

Good news for Pakistan’s captain Mohammad Rizwan, who moved up two spots, now ranked 21st with 606 points. However, injured Fakhar Zaman dropped two spots to 23rd with 602 points.

In the bowling rankings, Sri Lanka’s Maheesh Theekshana holds the top spot with 680 points, while India’s Kuldeep Yadav remains second with 650 points.

Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan made a one-position improvement, now ranked 5th with 640 points, while New Zealand’s Mitchell Santner dropped two spots to 6th.

Pakistan’s Shaheen Afridi dropped one place, now ranked 12th with 601 points, and Haris Rauf also saw a two-spot drop, now sitting at 24th with 555 points.
