CEO of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Salman Naseer, along with the captains, held a joint press conference and said, "The 10th year of PSL is a moment of great pride for us. PCB has increased fan engagement and introduced Urdu commentary. The matter regarding the owner of Multan Sultans will be reviewed in a PCB meeting."

Mohammad Rizwan further added, "If we don’t play good cricket, the public gets upset. The entire Pakistan waits for PSL. The national team needs to deliver results, and we hope that after PSL, the results will improve. Our home ground is here, and fans will support us. Playing international cricket for Pakistan comes with pressure, and domestic cricket is a different matter."

He went on to say that we have not lived up to the nation s expectations, and the people have the right to be disappointed with us. This is not a troubling matter, we are what we are because of our fans. It is not easy to maintain a good record, and we must learn from what happened in the past and move forward."

Talking to reporters, Babar Azam stated, "All teams have balanced squads. It will depend on who performs better. Peshawar Zalmi has a great combination. I don’t think it’s appropriate to create a fuss on social media."

Shadab Khan stated, "We will see good matches and excellent cricket. Islamabad United is the best team."
