PMD weather forecast for major cities
The latest PMD weather forecast says Lahore is expected to remain hot and humid with no significant rainfall. The city’s maximum temperature could reach 40°C, while the minimum may stay around 32°C.
According to the Pakistan weather update, Karachi will remain hot and partly cloudy with temperatures reaching 36°C. High humidity will make the Pakistan heatwave feel even more intense.
The PMD weather forecast also predicts very hot weather in Islamabad, where daytime temperatures may reach 41°C.

Northern areas remain under watch
The Gilgit-Baltistan weather forecast indicates rain in several mountainous areas, along with parts of Azad Kashmir and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

A flash flood warning and landslide alert remain in place for Hunza, Nagar, Ghizer, Skardu, Shigar, Ghanche, Kharmang, Astore, Diamer, Upper Chitral, Lower Chitral, and Swat.

Authorities have asked people to avoid unnecessary travel near rivers, streams, and glacial lakes during the forecast period.
The flash flood warning remains in effect for vulnerable northern regions, while the landslide alert has also been issued for mountain roads and valleys.
