According to the weather forecast, a new weather system bringing clouds has entered Punjab, and it is expected to cause rain in several districts including Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, and the Pothohar Division.

By tonight, the current system is likely to move out of the country, as per PMD report.

Due to a lack of rainfall, Lahore has experienced a relatively dry and cold wave. The minimum temperature has been recorded at 8°C, and expected to reach 24 degrees Celsius. The experts predict a shorter duration of cold weather.

Although the chances of heavy rain are minimal, the meteorological office has advised residents to brace for a cooler day.
