Lahore begins the day under a blanket of cloud cover, with the current temperature hovering around 31 °C (88 °F)—a sign that muggy conditions will dominate the morning.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), predicts that as the day goes on, temperatures will progressively rise, peaking at 35 °C (96 °F) in the early afternoon.
At 10 AM, PMD predicts that Lahore will experience sporadic clouds and temperatures that will reach 33 °C. Conditions will become mostly overcast by 12 PM as the temperature rises to 34 °C.
Temperatures will peak at 35 °C at 2:00 PM despite cloud cover. Between 4 and 6 PM, temperatures should slightly drop to 32 to 33 °C, but humidity will keep things stuffy.

Although the humidity of the day will make it feel hotter overall, cooler night air will bring the temperature down to around 30 °C by 9 PM.
Looking ahead, monsoon activity is expected to pick up midweek.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) warns of intensified monsoon currents from the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal, accompanied by a strengthening westerly wave from August 17 onward.
During August 18–21, thunderstorms and more intense rainfall are possible in some areas of Punjab, including Lahore.
As the calm before the possible monsoon surge later this week, today is still warm and overcast.
Rain is not currently expected while temperatures remain high, but that is probably going to change very soon.
