Karachi is set to experience hot and humid conditions today, with temperatures fluctuating between 28°C in the early hours and reaching up to 35°C by afternoon, as reported by the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).

Skies are expected to remain mostly clear throughout the day, though some light cloud cover may appear later in the evening.

While no rainfall is anticipated for today, PMD has advised the possibility of dusty winds developing in certain parts of the city during the late afternoon.

Hourly weather updates suggest a steady increase in temperature from 9:00 AM, reaching its peak around 1:00 PM.

From 2:00 PM onwards, temperatures will slightly dip but remain above 30°C till late evening. Humidity will remain high throughout the day, making outdoor conditions feel hotter than the actual temperature.

Looking ahead to the week, Karachi is expected to witness a shift in weather patterns. PMD forecasts increased cloud cover and intermittent rain starting Sunday, with heavier showers expected between September 8 and 10.

Daytime temperatures are predicted to drop slightly, staying around 31–32°C during the midweek period.
