Households that complete the Dynamic Survey (NSER) 2025 and meet eligibility can receive the full combined payout, including past unpaid amounts and education stipends for school-going children.
Eligibility Criteria (2025)
- Female head of household (payments go only to women beneficiaries)
- Updated NSER Survey (visit BISP Tehsil Office to register/confirm)
- Poverty score (determined via Proxy Means Test)
- Valid CNIC + biometric (required for verification)
- Children’s education (at least 70% school attendance needed for stipends)
How to Confirm Your Eligibility & Payment Status:
- Send your 13-digit CNIC to 8171, and you’ll receive eligibility and payment details in return.
- Visit the official 8171 portal, enter your CNIC and captcha to view your status immediately.
- HBL Konnect/BISP agent: Provide CNIC for on-spot eligibility check.

- Mobile Payment Vans for remote areas (follow SMS for schedules)
- Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Sahulat Accounts are being rolled out for direct deposits as part of the 2025 pilot program
Common Issues & Fixes
· Try again later or contact BISP office if you cant see the SMS reply.
· Visit alternate agent or NADRA for data verification in case of biometric failure.
· If concerned about partial payment or deductions ask for printed receipt and report to helpline.
