As Ramzan approaches, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has officially announced uninterrupted gas supply during Sehri and Iftar hours to facilitate consumers across its network in Pakistan.

According to an official SSGC statement, the decision aims to ensure that households can prepare meals smoothly during the most critical fasting times. The gas utility confirmed that gas supply for Sehri will begin from 3:00 am, while continuous supply will be maintained during Iftar hours throughout the holy month.

Special Arrangements for Peak Ramzan Demand

SSGC said it has put special operational arrangements in place to manage increased gas demand during peak Sehri and Iftar hours. Outside these designated timings, gas supply will continue as per the normal daily schedule.

The company emphasized that these measures are part of its annual Ramzan planning to minimize inconvenience and ensure stability in gas pressure, especially in residential areas.

Public Relief During the Holy Month

The announcement has been widely welcomed by consumers, as gas shortages during Ramzan have been a recurring concern in previous years. SSGC stated that the initiative is aimed at providing maximum public relief, supporting households in observing Ramzan with comfort and peace of mind.

SSGC also advised consumers to use gas responsibly and avoid wastage to help maintain smooth supply during peak hours.
