The sudden escape prevents the NCCIA team from examining the equipment allegedly used at the suspected call centre.

According to officials, the NCCIA team received information about the suspected operation and moved to conduct a raid.
By the time the team reached the location, the workers had disappeared from the premises. They reportedly took the computer systems and other equipment with them while leaving the building.
The development raises questions about how the staff managed to leave before the investigation team arrived. No arrests are reported from the suspected call centre during the operation.

During the same operation, the NCCIA forensic team examined digital devices and systems at Blue Sky Financial Services. The company is located in a building adjacent to the suspected call centre in G-9.

Investigators carry out a detailed forensic check of the company’s digital equipment to determine whether it has any connection with illegal activities. The inspection is part of the agency’s effort to establish whether digital systems at the location are being used for unlawful purposes.
Blue Sky Financial Services cleared
After completing the forensic examination, the NCCIA finds no evidence of illegal activity involving Blue Sky Financial Services. The agency declares the company’s operations fully legal following the inspection.
The finding also distinguishes the legitimate financial services company from the suspected illegal call centre targeted in the raid. Officials do not report any wrongdoing by Blue Sky Financial Services following the forensic examination.
What happens next?
The empty premises could make it more difficult for investigators to immediately determine the full nature of the suspected call centre’s activities. The removal of computer systems and other equipment means investigators do not have direct access to devices that may contain important digital evidence.
Further investigation could focus on identifying the people operating the suspected call centre and tracing the equipment taken from the premises. Authorities may also examine other available information to determine whether the operation was linked to a wider cybercrime network.
