(Irshad Sanjarani): Pakistan Customs officers reshuffle has been announced, with several grade 19 and 20 officers receiving new appointments and transfers.

A major administrative reshuffle has taken place in the Pakistan Customs Service. Multiple senior officers have been transferred and assigned new responsibilities under an official notification issued by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

According to reports, 10 officers of grade 20 and eight officers of grade 19 have been transferred or appointed to new positions. The changes were approved to strengthen operations across different customs departments.

Under the new appointments, Sanaullah Abro has been posted as Director General Transit Trade on an OPS basis. Azmat Tahira has been appointed as Collector IOCO Lahore.

Wahid Marwat has been assigned as Collector Enforcement Islamabad. Irfan Waheed has been posted as Director General Customs Valuation Karachi on an OPS basis.

Sadia Muneeb has been appointed Director NNDA Lahore. Muneeb Sarwar has been assigned as Director CPEC Lahore.

Tayyaba Kiani has been appointed Collector Customs Enforcement Faisalabad. Ziaullah Shams has been given additional charge as Collector Appraisement Kohat.

Ghulam Mustafa has received additional responsibility as Director Transit Trade Peshawar. Rizwan Basharat has been appointed Chief at FBR Headquarters Islamabad.

Saliha Zakir Shah has been appointed Additional Collector at Customs Academy Islamabad. Ghulam Haider Mahesar has been posted as Additional Director Transit Trade Karachi.

Imran Rasool has been assigned as Additional Director Intelligence Risk Management Islamabad. Wajid Zaman has been appointed Additional Director Public Relations Islamabad.

The latest reshuffle affects several important departments linked to enforcement, trade, valuation and administration. Officials believe the changes will help improve coordination and efficiency within the customs system.

The notification regarding the appointments and transfers was issued by FBR Headquarters. The changes were made with the approval of the FBR chairman.

Officials said the transfers are part of routine administrative adjustments. Such changes are often introduced to improve departmental performance and strengthen governance.
