The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced new NADRA jobs 2026 for women in eight districts of Punjab. The vacancies are for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) positions and will be filled through walk-in tests and interviews.

Women from Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar can apply for the available positions. Candidates must meet the local residency requirement for the district or tehsil linked to the vacancy.

Who can apply?

Applicants must have an Intermediate or equivalent qualification for the Junior Executive position. NADRA will prefer candidates who have at least one year of relevant work experience.

The maximum age limit is 25 years, including five years of age relaxation. No further age relaxation will be allowed under the recruitment rules.

Women from minority communities and women with disabilities are also encouraged to apply. However, candidates must have the required district or tehsil mentioned on their CNIC or domicile.

Where are the jobs?

The vacancies are spread across eight Punjab districts and different local areas. Faisalabad has three posts in Satyana, Amin Pur and Ram Dewali, while Chiniot has two positions in Ahmed Nagar.

Jhang has two vacancies in 18 Hazari and Shorkot. Hafizabad and Sargodha have five posts each, while Mianwali has four positions.

Khushab has one vacancy in Joharabad, while Bhakkar has four posts in Mitha Tiwana, Behl, Dulley Wala and Mankera.

When are the tests?

Candidates from Faisalabad, Chiniot and Jhang will take their tests on September 29, 2026. Their interviews will be held on September 30.

Applicants from Hafizabad and Sargodha will take the test on September 30, followed by interviews on October 1. Candidates from Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar will appear for tests on October 1, with interviews scheduled for October 2.

Registration will take place from 8:30am to 1pm on the test days. Interviews will start at 9am on the scheduled dates.

Where will tests be held?

NADRA will conduct the tests and interviews at its Regional Head Office in Sargodha. The venue is 6-Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha.

Candidates should arrive during the registration hours on their assigned test date. NADRA will not entertain requests submitted after the registration deadline.

What documents are needed?

Applicants must bring their original CNIC, educational certificates and relevant professional documents when appearing for the test. Government and semi-government employees must also bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Shortlisted candidates will need attested educational documents at the interview stage. Selected candidates may also be required to submit medical fitness and character certificates.

How can women apply?

Eligible women should appear at the Sargodha Regional Head Office on the test date assigned to their district or tehsil. They should also carry all required original documents to avoid problems during registration.
