The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Population Welfare Department has opened admissions for the Family Welfare Worker (FWW) Training Course, offering eligible female candidates an opportunity to receive professional training and a monthly stipend.

According to the official announcement, admissions are available at Regional Training Institutes located in Peshawar, Abbottabad, Malakand/Swat, and Bannu. Female applicants with a valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile can apply under their respective district quota.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold an F.Sc (Pre-Medical) qualification.

Have passed Matric with Science with at least 45 percent marks.

Be between 14 and 35 years of age. No age relaxation will be granted.

The department has also reserved a 5 percent quota for minority candidates and a 2 percent quota for persons with disabilities.

Monthly stipend and training details

The course will be conducted on a full-day training basis, and selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs6,000 during the training period.

However, the department has clarified that no travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for candidates appearing in the test or interview.
