The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has announced new employment opportunities for graduate men and women across Pakistan on a contract basis.
According to the official advertisement, the organization has allocated a total of 84 posts for Compliance Monitors in various districts, along with 6 positions at the Islamabad headquarters for office-based duties. The recruitment drive also includes opportunities in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
All selected candidates will be hired on a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The maximum age limit has been set at 30 years, while applicants must have completed at least 14 years of education (graduation).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data collection, conducting interviews, and using Android-based applications. For field-based positions, applicants must hold a valid motorcycle driving license, although learner or expired licenses may also be accepted. Both male and female candidates can apply, and priority will be given to applicants holding domicile of the relevant district.

BISP authorities stated that applications must be submitted online through the official website at http://www.bisp.gov.pk. Applications sent via post, email, or hand delivery will not be accepted.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 13, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
