Balochistan Police jobs announced for men and women in 8 districts
The Balochistan Police Department has invited applications from candidates who meet the required education, age, physical fitness, and domicile conditions.
The recruitment is being carried out for Constable General positions in Basic Pay Scale 7 (BPS-07). Both male and female candidates can apply for the available posts.
The opportunity is available in eight districts of Balochistan. These include Chagai, Kalat, Mastung, Qilla Abdullah, Ziarat, Kachhi, Usta Muhammad and Noshki.
Candidates must apply in the district where they have a valid local or domicile certificate. Applications submitted for another district may not be considered.
Deadline for Balochistan Police jobs
Candidates interested in the Balochistan Police jobs must submit their applications to the relevant District Police Office by October 10, 2026.
The department has made it clear that late applications will not be accepted. Incomplete forms may also be rejected during the recruitment process.
Applicants can collect the application form from their respective District Police Office. The form can also be downloaded through the official Balochistan Police website.
Candidates should carefully check all requirements before submitting their forms. Meeting the basic education requirement alone does not guarantee selection.
Male applicants must have passed Matric from a recognized educational board. They must also be between 18 and 28 years old on the closing date.
Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards to qualify for the recruitment process. The minimum height requirement for male applicants is 5 feet 5 inches.
The required chest measurement is 31 inches without expansion and 32.5 inches with expansion. Candidates must also complete a 1.6-kilometre running test within seven minutes.
The department has stated that there will be no relaxation in the prescribed age limit. Applicants should therefore make sure they meet the age requirement before applying.
Requirements for female Constable candidates
Women can also apply for the Lady Constable positions if they meet the announced conditions. Female candidates must have at least a Matric qualification from a recognized board.
The age requirement for women is between 18 and 30 years on the application closing date. No relaxation in the age limit will be provided.
Female candidates must have a minimum height of 5 feet. They will also be required to complete a one-kilometre running test within seven minutes.
The physical test is an important part of the recruitment process. Candidates should prepare in advance rather than waiting until they receive a test date.
Documents and application fee
Applicants need to submit a completed application form along with attested copies of their educational certificates and CNIC.
They must also provide a valid local or domicile certificate and four recent passport-size photographs. All required documents should be checked carefully before submission.
A non-refundable processing fee of Rs400 is required with the application. Candidates should submit the fee according to the instructions provided by the department.
Government employees can also apply for these posts. However, they must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate from their department.

How the selection process will work
The recruitment process will begin with physical measurements and running tests for eligible candidates. Those who qualify at this stage will move forward to the written examination.
The written test will include questions from English, Urdu and general knowledge. Candidates should prepare for all three areas to improve their chances of success.
Appointments will be made on merit while also following reserved quotas mentioned in the recruitment advertisement and applicable government policies.
Candidates who complete the required stages will have to pass a medical examination. Only those meeting the necessary conditions will be considered for final appointment.
Selected candidates may be posted elsewhere
Applicants should also understand that selection does not necessarily mean they will work in their home district.
Balochistan Police may send successful candidates outside their home districts for training. They may also be assigned to other police units according to operational requirements.
Candidates will not receive travel or daily allowances for appearing in tests or interviews. Applicants should therefore make their own arrangements for attending the recruitment stages.
The department has again warned candidates to submit complete forms before the October 10 deadline. Applications received after the deadline or missing required information will not be considered.
