In a recent statement, Maulana said, “This isn’t the first time such false claims have been made. Earlier, people said I had Rs50 billion, and now it’s Rs49 billion. Both are baseless rumors.”
He clarified, “My son has no housing scheme, and my bank account doesn’t have crores of rupees. These are completely false stories. My doors are open—anyone who wants to investigate is welcome.”
He added, “I come from a well-off family, Alhamdulillah, but I’ve never had crores, let alone billions. Allah has given me a respectful image, but there’s no truth in these news reports. I’ve been serving in the path of Allah for 52 years and never earned money through any wrong means. If I did, all my efforts would be worthless.”
He emphasized, “I have never fed my children anything earned illegally. Thousands of people have accepted Islam through my words, non-Muslims have read the Kalma, and Allah has spread my voice across six continents. I can’t even imagine being involved in something like this.”
Addressing his critics, Maulana said, “You can’t shut the mouths of those who are jealous. Since the day I started this journey, I’ve never lied in my life.”
This bold response from Maulana Tariq Jameel has sparked curiosity and admiration. Can false rumors ever shake the legacy of a man who’s spent over five decades spreading peace and faith around the world?
