NADRA has launched a new online service that allows parents to easily apply for a B-Form (Child Registration Certificate) for children under the age of one year — all without visiting an office.

Through the Pak-ID mobile app, parents can register their child in just a few simple steps:

How to Apply:

    Go to the Pak-ID website or download the mobile app.

    Create an account or log in.

    Click “Apply Now” and choose “Issuance of Identity Document.”

    Select “Child Registration Certificate,” click “Yes,” and enter your 13-digit CNIC number.

    Start the application, upload your child’s photo (or take one live), and provide your digital signature.

    Enter all required information and upload documents.

    One parent’s fingerprint verification is needed.

    Review all details and submit the application.

Fees:

    Normal fee: Rs. 50

    Executive (urgent) service: Rs. 500

Note: This service is only available for children under 1 year old. If your child is older, you will still need to visit your nearest NADRA office.
