As Eidul Azha is approaching fast, the Punjab government has unveiled Pakistan's first e-cattle market app for purchase of sacrificial animals online.

Revolutionizing the traditional market experience, e-cattle market app offers a comprehensive and user-friendly interface where buyers can browse through an extensive database of sacrificial animals.

It provides photos and videos of each animal, detailed information on weight, and prices, with the added convenience of direct communication with dealers.

Ibrahim Tariq Shafi, Chairman of the Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PMMDC) said, "Through this app, citizens can now order the animal of their choice without having to visit crowded markets. This initiative will not only reduce congestion but also save time and petrol."

One of the standout features of the app is the ability for users to set their desired price range through a price filter, allowing for more tailored search results. Once an animal is selected, vendors can contact buyers directly, enhancing the personalized experience.
