The Finance Department has instructed all departments to ensure that salaries and pensions are disbursed before the holidays. This measure aims to provide financial convenience to employees and pensioners ahead of the extended break.

Officials stated that the decision was made to facilitate citizens and government workers, ensuring timely financial relief before the two-day closure. Banks have also been advised to complete all necessary transactions related to salary and pension payments by October 31.
