Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz visited Mianwali and addressed a public gathering where she highlighted her government’s development work. However, during her speech, her words slipped, and the video quickly spread across social media platforms.
While speaking emotionally, she accidentally said, “میانوالی والوں یہ صرف دعویٰ نہیں، مریم نواز ، نوازشریف کی طرح دعویٰ نہیں کرتی بلکہ کام کر کے دکھاتی ہے الحمد اللہ”. Or “O people of Mianwali, this is not just a claim. Maryam Nawaz does not merely make claims like Nawaz Sharif, but she proves it through action, praise be to Allah.”
The moment was recorded and widely shared, making it a trending topic online.

Maryam Nawaz also asked people about health and road projects. She said, “Has a heart hospital been built in Mianwali or not? Have the roads been constructed or not? Today, I am coming after inaugurating Mianwali’s first heart disease hospital.”
She highlighted that her government was delivering real improvements in healthcare and infrastructure.
