What is the Parwaaz Card?
The Parwaaz Card is a government‑backed program to support trained young people in Punjab who want to find good jobs, especially overseas. It aims to help them cover costs like visas, medical checks, travel and documentation so they can take legal work opportunities abroad without debt and risk.
Interest‑Free Financial Support
Under the program, eligible applicants can get interest‑free financial assistance to cover essential pre‑departure costs such as visa processing, medical tests, travel, documentation and Overseas Employment Promoter fees. This support helps job seekers focus on career growth rather than upfront expenses.
Eligibility and Who Can Apply
The Parwaaz Card is for youth between ages 18 and 45 who are residents of Punjab and have market‑relevant skills or have completed certified training. Applicants must complete registration through the official PSDF portal with documents like CNIC, educational certificates and proof of skill training if available.
Training and Preparation for Jobs
Selected candidates may receive pre‑departure training including soft skills, workplace readiness, cultural orientation and certification that aligns with international job requirements. These preparations help applicants become competitive and confident when seeking employment abroad.
Parwaaz Card Portal Improvements
The PSDF portal now shows clearer application stages so users can easily track their status. Applicants can see whether their submission is under review, needs correction, or has progressed, reducing confusion and delays in processing.
At the launch, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz also announced interest‑free financial help of up to Rs300,000 for skilled workers, particularly those seeking employment abroad. She said this move will help young workers avoid illegal agents and find lawful work opportunities.
