The court acquitted PTI founder Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, Ali Muhammad Khan, and Murad Saeed in the cases. Judicial Magistrate Ehtesham Alam pronounced the verdict on the acquittal pleas.

It is worth mentioning here that two cases were registered at Golra police station against PTI founder Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, and other party leaders.

While talking to Suno News outside the court, senior PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan said a protest movement will start from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and spread to the whole country.

He said, “I have been acquitted in a case after two years. In the case in which I have been acquitted, PTI founder Imran Khan, Murad Saeed, and Asad Umar were also nominated. A wrong case has ended today. Two years were wasted.”
