(Web Desk) Former Sindh Governor and senior PML-N leader Muhammad Zubair is expected to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

According to sources, Zubair—who also served as spokesperson for former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif—has held consultations at various levels and finalized discussions regarding his potential move to PTI.

It is reported that he has even conferred with PTI’s patron-in-chief, Imran Khan, who has given him the green light to join the party.

Senior PTI leadership has confirmed the development. Party insiders reveal that the matter of Zubair’s induction will be formally presented in the upcoming meeting of PTI’s political committee, where it is expected to receive official approval.

This move comes at a time when PTI is actively pursuing a strategy to broaden its political narrative and forge new alliances. The inclusion of a seasoned figure like Zubair—who enjoys strong ties within the bureaucracy—could prove to be a strategic advantage, offering political clout and enhanced institutional outreach.
