LAHORE (Web Desk): Several local political and social leaders from NA-120 and PP-151 constituencies have announced their decision to join the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), giving the party a new wave of momentum in Lahore.

According to details, President of Sarafa Union Jallo Mor, Ejaz Ahmed, officially joined PTI along with his associates. At the same event, former Councilor of Ward No. 1, Aslam Bhatti, also declared his support for the party.

The joining ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including former President Wahga Town Yusuf Ladhar, Rashid Karamat Butt, Chaudhry Yaqoob, and former General Secretary Syed Jibran Haider Shah, who welcomed the new entrants.

PTI’s Member of Provincial Assembly, Sheikh Imtiaz Mahmood, greeted the new members warmly, calling their inclusion a “positive and encouraging development” for the party. He stated that the participation of influential grassroots leaders would help strengthen PTI’s organizational structure and improve its direct contact with the people.

Meanwhile, political analysts believe these fresh joinings could significantly boost PTI’s position in the upcoming local body and general elections, particularly in the NA-120 and PP-151 constituencies, where competition is expected to be intense.

PTI’s latest gain in Lahore signals a growing realignment in local politics. The joining of active community leaders and union representatives could give PTI stronger outreach and voter influence in critical urban constituencies. Experts suggest that if this trend continues, the party may regain lost ground ahead of future elections.
