
A total of 8,084 positions have been approved, offering a major opportunity for qualified youth to step into the teaching profession.
According to the department, the hiring will be strictly on a temporary basis—seven months for Intermediate colleges (October 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026) and ten months for BS programs (October 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026).
Key Details of CTI Recruitment 2025
- Total Vacancies: 8,084 (with quotas reserved for minorities, disabled persons, and the transgender community).
- Stipend: Rs. 50,000/month for Intermediate level, Rs. 60,000/month for BS level.
- Eligibility: Minimum Master’s/BS degree (Second Division). Preference will be given to MPhil and PhD holders.
- Age Limit: No age restrictions.
- Leaves: Two casual leaves per month.
- TA/DA: Not applicable.
Selection Process
Applicants will be assessed through academic qualifications and interviews. Marks will be distributed as:
- Academic performance up to Master’s/BS: 87 marks
- Higher qualifications (MPhil/PhD): 05 marks
- University/Board position holders: 05 marks
- Interview: 03 marks
Candidates must apply directly through their nearest government college with the required documents.

Placements are strictly temporary and college-specific, with no transfer allowed. Performance issues, forged documents, or refusal to join will lead to termination, and stipends will only be disbursed via bank accounts.
