
KP CM with collaboration of The Sports and Youth Affairs Department Ehsaas has launched Naujawan Entrepreneurship Programme, also referred to as the Youth Cluster Soft Loan Entrepreneurship Programme (YCSLEP) 2024.
With a budget allocation of PKR 3 billion, the scheme offers interest-free loans to youth to start their business. Priority will be given to women, minorities, and differently-abled individuals to unlock untapped potential within the province.
The key objective of this scheme is to provide training in digital literacy, vocational trades, and entrepreneurial skills to compete in the modern global economy.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
· Be aged 18–35 years.
· Be a resident of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
· Hold a valid CNIC.
· Present a viable business proposal.
· Have a clean credit history.
Application Process
Check Eligibility: Confirm you meet the age, residency, and documentation requirements.
Prepare a Business Plan: Develop a detailed proposal outlining your business idea, goals, and projections.
Submit Online Application: Apply through the programme’s official portal.
Partner Review: Applications will be assessed by either the Bank of Khyber (BOK) or Akhuwat Islamic Microfinance, depending on the loan category.
Approval & Disbursement: Approved applicants will receive funds under their respective financing component.

Programme Components
1. Bank of Khyber (BOK) Loans
· Loan Amount: PKR 1 million to PKR 5 million.
· Target Group: Clusters of 3–5 skilled youth.
· Repayment Term: 8 years with a 20-month grace period.
· Focus: Collaborative business ventures with shared responsibilities.
2. Akhuwat Islamic Microfinance Loans
· Loan Amount: PKR 100,000 to PKR 500,000.
· Target Group: Individual entrepreneurs (literate or illiterate).
· Repayment Term: 36–60 months.
· Focus: Micro-businesses and self-employment.
