
The ruling coalition, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) submitted a resolution in the assembly, seeking ban on opposition party, PTI.
According to sources, the resolution to ban PTI will be tabled in Balochistan Assembly on Friday. Earlier, a resolution to seek ban on PTI was also tabled in Punjab Assembly.
The resolution was introduced by Hina Pervaiz Butt from treasury benches in Punjab.
PTI staged protest on November 24 in Islamabad’s D-Chowk. Later, its leadership escaped and appeared in Mansehra after leaving the worker in lurch.
The security forces conducted an operation to vacate capital’s Red Zone from the ‘miscreants.’ Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur addressed the press, reiterating that their protest and movement would be continued.

Talking to a private channel, former PTI leader, Senator Faisal Vawda claimed that the government was mulling over banning the party. He added that party would split and loyalists from PTI would form a separate PTI-Pakistan. He anticipated that the development would happen soon.
