It is important to mention that the system uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to monitor and enforce traffic laws, which minimizes human error. This complaint process applies only to e-challans issued through Safe City’s AI system. Challenges to challans issued by traffic wardens must be addressed through traditional legal channels.
