Block Your Device in 3 Simple Steps
1. Gather Your Device Details
The 15-digit IMEI number of your mobile phone is needed. If you don’t have it, dial *#06# on your device to obtain it.
2. File a Complaint Online
Register your complaint by visiting the PTA’s Complaint Management System (CMS) portal at https://complaint.pta.gov.pk. Provide necessary details such as your name, CNIC, contact information, and the circumstances of the incident.
3. Receive Confirmation
You will receive a complaint reference number upon successful registration. The details will be verified by PTA, and then they will block your device within 24 hours. Once the process is complete, you will receive an SMS confirmation.
