Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:
· Be the head of the family, as recorded by NADRA.
· You should be a permanent resident of Punjab, as shown on CNIC.
· In urban areas, you can own a registered plot of 5 marlas or less, or in rural areas 10 marlas or less within Punjab.
· You should have a clean criminal record and no outstanding bank loans.
· You should be registered in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) with a PMT score of 60 or less.
Loan Details & Benefits
Interest-free loans of up to Rs1.5 million are offered to eligible families and are repayable over 7 years via affordable monthly instalments (approximately Rs14,000/month). These funds are intended for constructing houses on the applicant’s own land. State land development, private affordable housing, and interest-free loans are the project’s three models of implementation.
Over 4.5 years, 100,000 houses are planned. Approximately half a million jobs through construction and related industries are to be generated via the program as per its aim.

Application Method of ‘Apni Chhat Apna Ghar’:
1. Visit acag.punjab.gov.pk
2. Register as a citizen by completing the registration form. In the form, enter personal details such as name, CNIC, father/husband CNIC, mobile number and network, email, and address (division, district, city, tehsil, etc.).
3. Upload scanned documents including:
· CNIC copy
· Income proof
· Land ownership proof and NSER verification
4. After submission, await confirmation via SMS or email. If selected, a PHATA survey team will verify your plot and submit their report for loan disbursement.
