Pakistan Day is being celebrated across Pakistan with great enthusiasm, marked by ceremonial gun salutes at the start of the day.

On the 86th anniversary of this historic occasion, senior military leadership, including Syed Asim Munir, Naveed Ashraf, and Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, extended heartfelt congratulations to the nation on behalf of the armed forces.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations, the leaders described March 1940 as a defining moment in history when a clear vision for an independent homeland emerged, paving the way for the creation of Pakistan. They emphasized that the day reflects the unwavering determination, unity, and faith of the Pakistani people.

The statement highlighted that, by the grace of Allah, Pakistan continues to progress under democratic values while upholding the eternal principles of Islam. The country remains committed to strengthening democratic institutions, ensuring national security, and safeguarding the welfare of its citizens.
