Terrorists allegedly involved in attacks
Security officials said the killed terrorists were allegedly involved in several criminal and militant activities in Panjgur and nearby areas.
These activities reportedly included robbery, extortion, kidnapping for ransom and targeted killings.
The suspects were also accused of carrying out attacks in the region.
Officials said the recovery of weapons and ammunition during the operation was an important development in efforts to prevent further attacks.
The security forces have not provided details about the identities of the killed terrorists or the exact number of wounded suspects.
Operations in the area are expected to continue as authorities work to identify and eliminate militant threats.
Security operations to continue
Security forces said operations under Operation Raddul Fitna 3 would continue.
The stated aim is to counter militant activity and improve security in Balochistan, where several areas have faced repeated security challenges.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the security forces for stopping what his ministry described as the “nefarious designs” of terrorists affiliated with Fitna-al-Hindustan.
“The successful operations of the security forces against enemies of peace in Balochistan are commendable,” the statement quoted Naqvi as saying.
He also said the nation remained united against terrorism and stood in solidarity with the security forces.
The latest operation is part of a wider series of security actions conducted across Balochistan in recent days.

More operations reported across Balochistan
On Tuesday, security forces reported killing more than nine terrorists during intelligence-based operations in Ziarat, Harnai and Surab.
Those operations were also carried out under Operation Raddul Fitna 3 as authorities continued targeting suspected militant networks.
A day earlier, two terrorists were killed and three others were injured during an intelligence-based operation in the Killi Zaik area of Balochistan.
The repeated operations highlight the continued security pressure in the province.
Authorities say intelligence-based operations are being used to target militants before they can carry out planned attacks.

Balochistan faces worsening security situation
The latest violence comes as security concerns in Balochistan have increased sharply.
According to a Pakistan Institute for Conflict and Security Studies monthly assessment released on July 31, Balochistan experienced the country’s most significant deterioration in security during July.
The report said the overall death toll in the province increased by 241pc, rising from 109 in June to 372 in July.
Deaths among security personnel also increased significantly, from six in June to 62 in July, representing a 933pc rise.
The report further recorded an increase in terrorist deaths, which rose from 75 in June to 238 in July.
Civilian deaths also increased from 28 to 54, representing a 93pc rise during the month.
In addition, 18 members of peace committees were killed in Balochistan during the same period.
Focus remains on preventing attacks
The latest Panjgur operation reflects continued efforts by security agencies to act on intelligence about suspected militant movements.
Officials say such operations are intended to disrupt militant plans before attacks can take place.
However, the broader security figures indicate that Balochistan continues to face serious challenges despite ongoing operations.
The province’s security situation remains closely linked to militant attacks, criminal activity and the movement of armed groups.
