
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), multiple operations conducted across North Waziristan, South Waziristan, and Bannu from October 13 to 15, resulting in elimination of 34 terrorists.
The ISPR confirmed that these operations were carried out as part of Operation Azm-e-Istehkam, aimed at eradicating terrorism from the country. In North Waziristan’s Spin Wam area, 18 militants were neutralized following precise intelligence, while another eight were killed in South Waziristan. Separately, security forces eliminated eight more terrorists during an armed engagement in Bannu district.
ISPR stated that Pak army will continue these operations until the eradication of last terrorist. “We’ll continue to eliminate Indian backed terrorists from Pak grounds until peace and prosperity prevail in the country”
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif lauded the security forces for their professional excellence and dedication, praising their success in foiling the plans of Indian-backed militants. He stated that Pakistan remains determined to protect its citizens and safeguard the country’s sovereignty at all costs.

“The government will take every possible step to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country. The counterterrorism campaign will continue with full resolve until the final defeat of terrorism,” the prime minister added.
ISPR reiterated that all operations under Azm-e-Istehkam are conducted in line with the National Action Plan, approved by the Federal Apex Committee, underscoring Pakistan’s unwavering resolve to maintain peace and stability.
