Aleema Khan demands Imran Khan be shifted to Shifa Hospital
Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has expressed serious concern over his health and demanded that he be shifted to Shifa International Hospital in the presence of his family.
She said that if one eye of the PTI founder has already been affected, there is a risk that the other eye could also be harmed. She added that Imran Khan’s health condition is getting worse with each passing day.
Aleema Khan stated that Imran Khan told his lawyer Salman Safdar that his eyesight initially showed some improvement after the first injection, but later treatments have not been effective. She further said that he is now unable to clearly see even people sitting close to him, raising further concern about his medical condition.

According to Aleema Khan, Imran Khan’s health is continuously declining and requires urgent and proper medical attention in a hospital setting. Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Special Assistant for Information Shafi Jan also supported the demand for hospital transfer.
He said that moving Imran Khan to a hospital during night hours without proper procedure would violate jail rules. He added that he should be shifted to Shifa International Hospital for better treatment.
The situation has sparked fresh debate over the former prime minister’s health and medical care inside custody, with his family and party leaders calling for immediate action.
