(Web Desk): Sheikh Hamdan drives Dubai’s innovative development plan by introducing major suites of projects and creating 15000 new jobs.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohommed Al Makhtoum has introduced a whole lot of major innovative projects to bost Dubai job opportunities. The aim is to make Dubai a good livable community and future ready for all the people of world. These big moves signal a decisive step in creating employments, advancing education , aviation and public infrastructure, and strongly supporting Emiratis in the private sector.

Driving the creation of Dubai Jobs

Under Sheikh Hamdan’s leadership, Dubai has approved large-scale projects expected to create around 15,000 new jobs.

The “Aviation Talent 33” initiative alone targets over 15,000 employment opportunities and more than 4,000 training roles in the aviation sector.

These job-creation efforts are aligned with the broader goal of doubling Dubai’s economy and achieving a target of adding 65,000 Emiratis into the private sector.

Schools, Parks and Infrastructure: Building Foundations for Jobs

A key part of the strategy for “Dubai jobs” is not just direct employment, but building the ecosystem:

Education: The policy to expand and promote affordable high-quality private schools aims to add about 120,000 new student seats and attract around 60 new affordable schools by 2033.

Public Parks & Green Spaces: Over 800 projects involving new and improved parks, open spaces and landscaping will enhance quality of life and generate new roles in maintenance, landscaping, urban design, and related services.

Financial & Legal Infrastructure: The establishment of a dedicated Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Court will deepen Dubai’s status as a financial centre, creating job opportunities in legal, advisory and compliance roles.

Emirati Workforce Empowerment: “Jobs for Citizens”

A major focus of the plan is promoting jobs for Emiratis in the private sector. Through the initiatives approved, the aim is to bring Emirati citizens into key roles, particularly in sectors like aviation and education, and thereby strengthen national human capital.

The approved Academic and Career Guidance policy further ensures that students are supported into careers aligned with future job markets, which strengthens the “jobs” pipeline for Emiratis.
