The announcement also reaffirms that the Karachi region will continue to use the College Zone System. Students will often be admitted to colleges within their specified zones under this method. While students with grades B through E must apply within their designated zones, individuals with A+ or A grades can apply to any college of their choosing.
The admission process will be overseen by the regional directors of colleges in Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, and Larkana in their respective divisions. The province s vast process will be supervised by the Director General of Colleges, Sindh.
Based on Class IX/O Level Part-I results, admissions will be granted. The responsibility of preparing the gender- and faculty-wise placement lists falls upon the IT section of the Directorate General of Colleges and it should be approved by the SECCAP Committee 2025-26 chairman.
Claim centres for male and female students to be established across the province if any students have questions after the placement lists are published.
Earlier board enrollment and SECCAP admission must be cancelled by students who were enrolled in HSC or FSC previously in order to apply again. They can reapply for the admission for the 2025-26 academic session once more only after they have done the former cancellation.
Furthermore, candidates will not be eligible to apply under this year’s SECCAP initiative if they possess a gap of more than five years since their last enrolment.
