(Web Desk): Cambridge O Level results 2026 have been released, allowing students to check their grades and plan their next academic step.

Cambridge International released the June 2026 O Level and IGCSE results on Aug 18, with schools able to provide results to candidates. Students can receive their results through their schools or approved Cambridge results services.

How students can check their results

School candidates should contact their school or examination centre to receive their results. Cambridge says schools may provide results directly or give students access to its secure online results service.

Private candidates should follow the instructions provided by their examination centre or Cambridge-authorised service to access their grades. Students should use official sources and avoid relying on unverified websites or social media posts.

Results could shape next academic move

The results are important for students preparing for A Levels, college, university or other education programmes. Cambridge qualifications are recognised in Pakistan, where O Level and IGCSE qualifications can be equated to the local Secondary School Certificate under IBCC rules.

Students should carefully review every subject grade before deciding what to do next. Those who meet their required grades can move forward, while others may consider a remark or retake.

Remark deadline and retake option

Students who believe their grades do not properly reflect their performance can apply for an Enquiry About Results through the relevant process. For the June 2026 Cambridge series in Pakistan, the British Council says EAR requests must be submitted by Sept 10, 2026.

Students should remember that a reviewed grade can increase, decrease or remain unchanged. They should contact their school or examination centre for the applicable procedure, fees and requirements before submitting a request.

Important date for retake candidates

Students who want to improve their grades can consider the October/November 2026 examination session. The British Council has set Sept 3, 2026 as the late-stage and retake registration deadline for Cambridge exams in Pakistan.

Students should check the admission requirements of their target college or university before choosing a retake. This can help them decide whether improving a particular subject is necessary for their next academic step.

The release of the June 2026 results gives students a clearer picture of their academic options. For many, the next decision will depend on whether their grades meet the requirements of their chosen programme.

The most important point now is to avoid missing the post-results deadlines. Students considering a remark should check the Sept 10 deadline, while those planning a retake should keep Sept 3 in mind.
