The mystery surrounding the death of Mir Raza Ali remains unresolved as preparations have begun for the court-ordered exhumation of his body, triggering fresh controversy over the investigation.

Before the exhumation could take place, Mir Raza Ali's father raised serious concerns over changes made to the medical board responsible for conducting the examination. He rejected the newly constituted panel and questioned the decision to replace most of its members.

According to Mir Raza Ali's father, the family does not trust the new medical board and will not allow the exhumation to proceed under the current arrangement. He said the body would only be reburied after necessary samples were collected during the examination.

He claimed that the original eight-member medical board had been reduced to five members without a satisfactory explanation. The father further alleged that all members of the original panel had been replaced except Dr Summaiya Syed, expressing fears that the changes could affect the transparency of the investigation.

The exhumation was ordered by the court as part of efforts to determine the exact cause of Mir Raza Ali's death. Authorities are expected to collect forensic samples during the process to help investigators establish whether the death resulted from natural causes or any criminal act.

The latest dispute over the medical board has added another layer of uncertainty to a case that has drawn widespread public attention, with the victim's family continuing to demand an independent and transparent investigation.
