KARACHI (Web Desk): The probe into the sudden death of actress Humaira Asghar Ali, found dead in a flat in a posh Karachi neighborhood, has taken a significant turn, revealing some shocking details about her final days.

The investigation team revealed that Humaira Asghar passed away on October 7 of last year. This was confirmed after her mobile phone was found to have been in use until 5 pm on that very day.

Sources close to the investigation revealed that the actress had been struggling with severe financial difficulties. Before her death, Humaira tried to reach out to more than 10 people, including her brother, on WhatsApp. She sent a simple “Hello” message to them. After some time, she sent another message saying, “I want to talk to you,” but none of the recipients responded. Despite her attempts, nobody replied to her messages, even after three days. Her phone remained on during that period before it was switched off.

The investigation also uncovered that Humaira Asghar had been in good health before her death. Her gym trainer confirmed that she worked out for three hours every day, which leads investigators to believe her death was unnatural. The scene where her body was found showed a dry bathtub, torn clothes, and a cigarette filter, but no medication was found. Humaira’s hands were tightly clasped to her chest.

Police sources further revealed that three mobile SIM cards were registered under her name, all of which were in use at the time. Her phone had almost 2,000 numbers saved, and she had been in frequent contact with 75 of them. Investigators are now conducting forensic analysis on the call records, messages, and social media accounts linked to these numbers.

As of now, the police have recorded statements from five people and have questioned 63 others. The investigation team is working tirelessly to uncover the truth behind the tragic death of Humaira Asghar.

The investigation into Humaira Asghar’s death reveals some deeply troubling signs that suggest her death may not have been natural. The fact that she had reached out to so many people, yet received no response, points to possible emotional and mental distress before her death. Her financial struggles further add a layer of complexity to this tragedy, suggesting that her situation may have been more dire than what was initially assumed. The lack of medication at the scene and the items found in the room indicate that there could be foul play involved, leading to the theory of an unnatural death.

This incident also sheds light on the broader economic struggles many people in Pakistan are facing. Humaira Asghar’s financial difficulties are a reminder of the pressures that many, particularly in the entertainment industry, experience behind closed doors. With the country grappling with inflation, rising unemployment, and a lack of financial stability, it’s clear that these economic factors may contribute to mental health issues, which, in turn, can lead to tragic situations like this one. This case highlights the importance of addressing the mental health challenges exacerbated by financial struggles in Pakistan.
