Natasha Danish’s family will pay Rs5.5 million as blood money to the family of the victims. The heirs of the deceased Imran Arif and Amina Arif have prepared affidavits which was presented during the hearing of the bail plea of the accused.

A no-objection certificate (NOC) will be submitted on the bail plea of the accused on behalf of Imran Arif’s wife. Imran Arif’s son Osama Arif and his daughter will also submit an NOC.

“Matters have been settled between us, and we have pardoned the suspect. We have forgiven for Allah’s sake, who’s the most kind and most merciful,” read the affidavit.

“We have no objection to granting bail to the accused. The accident that happened was not intentional. We have given this NOC without any pressure. What we have said in the affidavit is absolutely correct,” it read further.
