Edhi Foundation Ambulance Stolen from General Hospital, investigation underway

LAHORE (Web Desk): An Edhi Foundation ambulance was stolen from the organization’s centre at General Hospital in Lahore.
A spokesperson for the foundation confirmed that the vehicle, registered as EA 1611, was pilfered.
Immediately after the occurrence of the incident, a First Investigation Report (FIR) was filed at the Kot Lakhpat police station. The police launched an investigation into the incident. Police officials have assured that all available resources are being deployed to track down the stolen ambulance.
“We are making every effort and remain optimistic about recovering the vehicle soon,” said a police spokesperson.
In the meantime, the Edhi Foundation has made a public appeal, urging anyone with information on the vehicle’s location to come forward and contact the authorities.
