
From Ducky Bhai’s Binance wallet, 326,420 USDT (Tether) was seized. Under FIR No. 196/2025, the criminal case was registered on August 17, 2025. It cites offenses under sections 13, 14, 25, 26 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016, amended 2025), and sections 294-B and 420 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
Investigators allege unregistered gambling apps—Binomo, 1xBet, Bet365, and B9 Game—were promoted by Ducky Bhai through his YouTube channel, encouraging citizens to invest in what authorities call fraudulent schemes, resulting in significant financial losses.
Evidence includes 27 videos posted on his channel—with some since taken down—and WhatsApp conversations and payment records seized from his phone during his arrest at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal Airport.
Ducky Bhai was initially granted a two-day physical remand. It was guaranteed to Ducky Bhai initially; however, the NCCIA was directed by the court to present a detailed investigation on August 19, 2025.
On August 20, his remand was extended by four more days, which kept him in the custody of NCCIA until August 23 for further interrogation.
From Ducky Bhai’s Binance wallet, 326,420 USDT was recovered amid the ongoing probe. It was then transferred to NCCIA’s designated wallets in the presence of witnesses, as documented in the official seizure memo.
