The complainant, Rana Arsalan, alleged in his complaint to officials that Gujjar accepted the amount on the promise to buy a commercial plot. But despite numerous assurances made by him even after one year, no property was delivered.

When Arsalan asked for his money back, Gujjar supposedly refused to give back the money and even threatened him instead. In compliance with the complaint, Defence C police filed a case and later on arrested the TikToker.

The police confirmed that Khurram Gujjar was charged with fraud, breach of trust, and issuing threats.
