Balochistan culture department announces talent hunt music competition
The talent hunt music competition will take place from May 19 to May 24 at the Noori Naseer Khan Cultural Complex. Officials said the festival is being organized in collaboration with Iman Pakistan under the “Haq Mela” program.
According to organizers, the festival will feature a large music competition where young singers and performers from different educational institutions will get the chance to showcase their talent.
Authorities believe the talent hunt music competition will create healthy entertainment opportunities for youth and help encourage cultural and artistic activities across the province.
MPA Farah Azeem Shah reviewed preparations for the event and discussed arrangements with organizers ahead of the festival opening.

Parliamentary Secretary Zareen Magsi said students from schools, colleges and universities have been invited to participate in the Balochistan culture department competition. She added that such programs can help guide young people toward positive and creative activities.
Besides the music competition, visitors will also enjoy cultural exhibitions, traditional displays and food stalls during the six-day festival.
Officials say the event is expected to attract large crowds because it combines entertainment, culture and local traditions in one place.

The festival is also being seen as an effort to support local artists and provide a platform for hidden talent from different areas of Balochistan.
