LAHORE (Web Desk): TikToker Rajab Butt has received major relief as Lahore court has approved interim bail for him and fellow TikToker Nadeem Nana Wala in a gambling app case.

The Sessions Court Lahore approved interim bail for TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Nana Wala in a case related to the promotion of an alleged gambling app.

The decision brought temporary relief to the social media stars, who appeared before the court to seek protection from arrest.

Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ahmed Qureshi heard the interim bail applications. During the hearing, Rajab Butt’s lawyer, Mian Ali Ashfaq, represented the accused and presented arguments in their favor.

The court ordered both accused to join the investigation and directed authorities not to arrest them until January 6. This protection applies while the investigation continues.

The court was informed that Rajab Butt had already secured bail from the Islamabad High Court earlier. The High Court had then instructed him to appear before the sessions court, which he complied with.

After hearing arguments, the judge approved interim bail for both Rajab Butt and Nadeem Nana Wala and extended it until January 6. The case will be heard again on the next scheduled date.

Both TikTokers filed their bail applications through Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq. Rajab Butt filed one bail plea, while Nadeem Nana Wala filed two applications in cases registered by the NCCIA, which has been approved and both of them have got a major relief from Lahore court.

The NCCIA has registered cases against the accused over the alleged promotion of a gambling application, keeping the matter under active investigation.
