(Web Desk): Veteran actor Shabbir Jan praised Humayun Saeed’s hard work but questioned his acting skills during a candid talk in a show.

Humayun Saeed is widely known as one of Pakistan’s biggest film and TV stars. With a string of successful projects under his belt, including this year’s film Love Guru and the drama Main Manto Nahi Hoon, he remains a fan favorite. Over the years, he has not only become a beloved actor but also a strong force behind the scenes as a producer, contributing significantly to Pakistan’s film industry.

While speaking about his fellow actors, Shabbir Jan had kind words for Humayun’s journey, calling him a hardworking man who has grown immensely in the industry. He praised his dedication and acknowledged the role he plays in keeping the entertainment scene alive.

However, Shabbir also pointed out that, in his view, Humayun’s acting still doesn’t match the level of some of the great actors Pakistan has seen in the past. He noted a concerning trend, saying that many actors today focus more on looking good on screen rather than truly becoming their characters. “We don’t have actors anymore,” he remarked. “We only have models now.”

His comments sparked discussion online, with fans reacting both in support of and against his viewpoint. Still, Shabbir Jan’s remarks reflect a broader conversation about performance depth and changing values in today’s entertainment world.
