Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Talat Hussain. In a condolence message, he said that late Talat Hussain was a legendary actor whose dialogue delivery was acclaimed for a long period of time.
The Prime Minister said the void left by his death cannot be filled.
He expressed sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for the high ranks of the departed soul.
Likewise, Acting President Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has expressed profound grief and sorrow over his sad demise and prayed for elevation of his ranks in Heaven.
He said Talat Hussain's valuable services for fine arts will be remembered for long.

In his condolence message, he said late Talat Hussain was a unique artist who brought every character to life with his voice and acting.
He said the deceased showcased exceptional acting skills in the London Channel Four's TV series 'Traffik'.
Attaullah Tarar said that late Talat Hussain was a true mentor and his passing has deprived the world of arts of a great artist.
He prayed for high ranks of the departed soul in the hereafter and patience for his bereaved family.
