On Monday, July 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the recruitment event will take place at the Pearl Continental Legacy Hotel, Skardu.
This drive is a part of Airblue’s ongoing efforts to increase diversity and inclusion by empowering women from underrepresented areas to join the aviation workforce.

Eligibility Criteria:
Airblue’s main area of focus is someone who is friendly, safety-conscious, confident, and is passionate about soaring to the skies.
The requirements include:
• Gender: Female
• Age: 18 to 28 years
• Minimum Height: 5’2” (157.7 cm), with weight proportionate to BMI
• Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent, with at least 60% marks (verified certificates required)
Documents Required:
It is compulsory to bring the following documents to the walk-in interview:
• Valid CNIC
• Two passport-sized photographs
• Original and copies of Matric and Intermediate certificates
It is pertinent to note that the interviews will be conducted in Skardu. The successful candidates will be based in Islamabad. Women from Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, and nearby areas are encouraged to seize this opportunity if they want to pursue a prestigious career in aviation.
