As her video went viral, Hareem Shah took to her Instagram handle and posted a video lambasting those using her name to run trends on social media.
“Aren’t there mothers, sisters, and daughters at your homes? Aren’t there women at your homes?” she said to those using her name to spread ‘false information’ about her on the internet.
She asked those people to shift their focus to some good cause so that their efforts could bring about results.
